This painting captures real life.  One of many scenes traveling but the essence of ordinary people doing ordinary every day things.  Here a boy being escorted at the bus terminal by his abuela.  He has either just arrived or is ready to depart.  A touching scene.  From a trip in the mountains below the equator.

This painting came about in advance of a demonstration for an Ohio watercolor society meeting.  Not OWS but many OWS members.
